Wow.

Re: S&G maybe some good news on the horizon
Why did you want to engage me in conversation about Stoke but not about West Ham?

That's a very odd tactic on a West Ham forum is it not?

I'm sure it's not lost on you how this is making you look.

Yes they do Mr 8!

Just to check

Stoke receive more naming rights money than we do?

Re: S&G maybe some good news on the horizon
I will say again - why do I have to answer a question just because you asked it? I have no interest in that conversation? (as I have said all along). I don't know how you find it that difficult to grasp.

In the grand scheme of things, Stoke do not earn much money from naming rights.

Re: S&G maybe some good news on the horizon
The move which was meant to attract better players has seen us attract crap players. The move which was meant to help us financially is currently going to see us with less prize money year on year. Our brand which is supposed to be based on our heritage and values has been tarnished due to crowd trouble and a lack of atmosphere.

What exactly has gone right since we moved?

Johnson 3:31 Wed Apr 12
Re: S&G maybe some good news on the horizon
Why are you avoiding commenting on mine and Goose's point if it's not to be slippery?

You're putting more energy into avoiding answering it than answering it.

I will try again:

If Stoke getting £8m per year is not that big in the grand scheme of things, is our £12m a year from the OS move also not that big in the grand scheme of things?

Take your time.

My mate on the YEN DESK says its all bullshit, Gomen'nasai..

Re: S&G maybe some good news on the horizon
Hahahahaha how am I weasling out of anything? You are desperate. Because you asked me a question - I have to answer it? You really do need a break.

I stand by my point. In the grand scheme of things, Stoke do not make a lot of money out of naming rights.

It's now put up time for the owners. No more excuses.
Looking forward to them actually showing serious intent in the summer by splashing all this extra money and making us a force, as promised!

Re: S&G maybe some good news on the horizon
You were perfectly happy engaging goose directly until now.

I'm sure it's just coincidence that you're behaving this way now we've both made the exact same point which for some reason you're trying to weasel out of answering.

That sort of obvious slipperiness makes someone look far more silly than anything I've ever done.

i see someone on KUMB is challenging Jinxed's ITK integrity about this Japanese consortium and their 400 million war chest based on the fact that he's consistently got the story on investment in the club wrong.

Ban coming for him.

Re: S&G maybe some good news on the horizon
Jesus Johnson I really think you should have a break from here, it is making you look a little silly. Why start on Goose there when he is backing up your side of this argument you are trying to have with me?

Johnson 2:21 Wed Apr 12
Re: S&G maybe some good news on the horizon
"people who love UP were the same moaning lot staying in the club and pub!"

Eh?

You're suggesting people who loved UP stayed in the pub rather than went during last season?

Really?

Re: S&G maybe some good news on the horizon
last season was a very pleasent one off, pretty bland in years before that! people who love UP were the same moaning lot staying in the club and pub!

Well according to the legend JINXED it's Japanese investment.

Re: S&G maybe some good news on the horizon
Maybe you'll answer goose, seeing as he's making the exact same point as me.

Or will you come up with reasons not to address his point too?

Play a victim? - jesus Christ you need to step back from this site a little mate.

Re: S&G maybe some good news on the horizon
Exactly my point, we've moved stadium for an amount of money which 'in the grand scheme of things' is very little.
An amount, which in fact we could pretty much cover off through naming rights and having 100% of match day revenue & events.

Johnson 2:13 Wed Apr 12
Re: S&G maybe some good news on the horizon
I know that is what you said, I then asked you a question.

And I didn't say you was spinning anything, I was looking forward to you spinning that £12m to us was worth loads in the grand scheme of things.

You won't answer, preferring to play the victim, why is that?

Northern Sold 2:11 Wed Apr 12
Re: S&G maybe some good news on the horizon
`Prize money is a weak argument because we would most likely have been shit this season what ever stadium we played in`.

Well we'll probably never know will we... one thing that we did know was that last season we was pretty damn hot in our stadium that we owned... where as in the shit hole we are currently renting.. well... we are fucking terrible... and that's de truth...
